SunCity Ventures Signs Franchisee Agreement With ‘The Yellow Chilli’

quotation.jpg SunCity Ventures, a Bahrain-based company, recently hosted the renowned Indian chef Sanjeev Kapoor at their office in Manama, as both parties signed a franchisee agreement for the opening of ‘The Yellow Chilli’, deliciously different Indian Food, in Bahrain.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Kapoor and Mr. Mohammed Adel Fakhro, Chairman – SunCity Ventures WLL, with the presence of Mr. Ahmed Esam Fakhro, Managing Director – SunCity Ventures WLL, and Executive Managements.

Mr. Mohammed Fakhro elaborated on the idea behind this franchisee by saying, “Our brands serve some of the best cuisine to food lovers across this Kingdom. With Zayt Zaytoon being the choice for authentic and delicious Lebanese food, Gloria Jeans Coffees serves up mouth-watering cakes n cookie with everyone’s all time favourite pass-time, coffee. Indian food is a favourite of one and all, so when we decided to venture into the flavours of the East and who better than the Master Chef himself to go along with. We are very glad that we have taken this first step forward and will now look forward to the day when we can welcome our customers to the first ever ‘The Yellow Chilli’ restaurant in the Middle East, to enjoy the scrumptious food made at home.”

Speaking at the event, Mr. Kapoor said, “Expansion into the Middle East was always on the books for The Yellow Chilli and it is a pleasure to have the first outlet in Bahrain with SunCity Ventures, as the business is run by an experienced and well reputed family. This concept of a fine dining restaurant took off with flying colours in India with 11 of our restaurants already receiving great response from our customers, so we are now at the stepping stone of providing that fine dining experience to the people of Bahrain very soon.”
