SuperShuttle Acquiring Houston Operations From Franchise For Undisclosed Sum
HOUSTON — Airport shuttle service SuperShuttle, a unit of French utility Veolia Environment SA, said Tuesday it was acquiring all its Houston airport transportation operations from its franchise Adams Systems LLC.
The Houston business will be a company owned and operated SuperShuttle operation serving Hobby and Bush Intercontinental Airports, SuperShuttle said in a statement.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
SuperShuttle will acquire 60 vans in the acquisition.
