Papa Bello Enteprises Moves To Acquire Kebab Cafe
Papa Bello Enterprises Inc. said Thursday it has signed a letter of intent to buy Kebab Cafe, a California-based restaurant chain.
Kebab Cafe has one location, in Westfield Mall in La Jolla, Calif. It plans to open as many as 10 corporate-owned restaurants in 2010. Financial terms of the deal, expected to close about Oct. 31, were not disclosed.
Papa Bello (Pink Sheets: PAPA), which started in 2005, operates pizza restaurants in 19 Wal-Mart stores in the U.S. It also has a location in China, according to the company’s Web site.
